Under Construction!! I'm adding pictures and descriptions of my 10 chinchillas! 
StarStar is the first chinchilla that I've ever owned. She is about two years old and the sweetest - not to mention most curious thing - I've ever known! She is a pink white chinchilla and has cute freckles on her ears. She loves to be held and pet as well as stealing a banana chip from her husband, Dustie. 
DustieDustie is a standard gray male chinchilla. He was paired with Star when I first met both of them so of course I had to get him! They were seperated for a couple of weeks and when they saw each other again it was a very happy reunion for them both! Ever see chinchilla kisses? SO cute! He's a bit shyer than Star but every bit as nice. He's a lot nicer to Star than she is to him (see the banana chip stealing above). He has an extremely soft coat and loves to be held. 
BounceBounce was born in September, 2005. He is the son of Star and Dustie. He is also a pink white with a little smudge of beige on his forehead. He is just as nice and curious as Star and Dustie. He loves bouncing all over his cage! He looks like his legs are actually pogo sticks! 
PouncePounce was born in September, 2005 just like Bounce. She's a Black Velvet with extremely soft fur! She is a sweetheart and very entertaining! Not only does she bounce all over her cage like the others, but she leaps and climbs too! It's the funniest thing to watch! We purchased her from Chins of Paradise. 
CharlieCharlie is a standard gray male that we got in May of 2006. At the time he was approximately six months old. His previous owners could no longer keep him since they were moving so we were happy to take him in. He is by far our most hyper chin! He loves bouncing all over the place and riding on your shoulder (just watch out for those ears!) 
VioletViolet is a standard gray female. She's very sweet and loving... and of course very curious! Her face is very unique - as well as her ears! We named her Violet because she is lighter gray than any standard that we have and at first we thought she might be a violet. She is not shy at all... the second her cage is opened she will climb right into your arms. 
ButtercupButtercup (aka Rocky) is a het beige male, born May of 2005. He was previously employed at an Alzheimer's facility with his brother, Bullwinkle. He loves dust baths, bouncing off of the walls, and banana chips! We purchased him from Love Chinchillas.  TinkerbellTinkerbell is a homo beige female. She is very light beige (almost peach colored) with a darker smudge on her forehead and back. She was born in March of 2006 at Love Chinchillas. She loves to escape but can always be lured back in her cage with a dust bath! 
HersheyHershey is an extra dark (homo) ebony male. He is the shyest chin that we have... but he also has a ton of energy! He was born in April of 2006 at Love Chinchillas. RIP 7/18/08. We miss you Hershey! 
BluBlu is a white mosaic female. I have always LOVED mosaics and she is the model of what a really cool mosaic looks like! Blu is very relaxed and not nearly as hyper as some of the others that we have. She loves dust baths and hay. She was born in May of 2006 at Chins 2 Go. 
Pagoda "Pogo"Pagoda (aka Pogo) is the daughter of Bounce and Pounce. She was born here in June 2007 along with her brother, a hetero beige. Pogo is a pink white with vibrant white fur (like her daddy Bounce, and her grandma Star) and a light beige spot on the back of her neck. She is a snuggle bug just like her dad. |
